You have the right to return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you receive the item. Custom-made or personalized items may have different return terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to offer a partial refund if items are returned in a condition that reduces their value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this return policy.
If you cancel an order before shipment, we will refund the full amount paid within 5 business days. For custom orders that have entered production, cancellation may not be possible, and charges may apply. This will be clearly communicated at the time of order.
